Trauma Scan
Fascia sessions focus on identifying and correcting imbalances within the body's fascia network—a continuous, fibrous connective tissue that envelops and supports muscles, bones, nerves, and organs throughout the body.
Fascia is a continuous, connective tissue network that surrounds and supports muscles, bones, organs, nerves, and blood vessels throughout the body. It provides structural integrity, facilitates movement, and plays a role in fluid transport and immune response.
This intricate network is rich in nerve fibres, playing a vital role not only in maintaining structural integrity but also in sensory and neurological functions. Each session aims to identify trapped trauma frequencies within specific areas of the fascia and release these imbalances to promote healing and restore balance throughout the body.
Health problems which can arise through imbalances in Fascia:
Fascia Problems Affecting the Lungs:
· Restricted Chest and Rib Movement: Fascia surrounding the ribcage and intercostal muscles can become tight or adhered, limiting the expansion and contraction of the chest during breathing.
· Diaphragm Dysfunction: The diaphragm is enveloped in fascia, and fascial restrictions here can reduce its ability to contract and relax effectively, impairing deep breathing and oxygen intake.
· Reduced Lung Capacity: Tight or stiff fascia can limit lung expansion, leading to shallow breathing, reduced oxygen exchange, and increased respiratory effort.
· Impaired Respiratory Mechanics: Fascia restrictions may interfere with the coordination of muscles involved in breathing, causing inefficient respiratory patterns and discomfort.
· Increased Risk of Respiratory Issues: Chronic fascial restrictions may contribute to symptoms like shortness of breath, chest tightness, or even predispose to respiratory conditions due to compromised lung function.
Addressing fascial restrictions through techniques like myofascial release, stretching, and breathing exercises can improve lung mobility and overall respiratory health.
Fascia Problems Affecting Lymphatic, Lungs, and Liver:
Restrictions and Adhesions: Fascia can become tight, thickened, or adhered due to injury, inflammation, or poor posture. This can limit mobility and compress underlying structures.
Lymphatic Impact: Fascia restrictions can impede lymph flow, causing lymphatic congestion or swelling (lymphedema), reducing efficient waste removal and immune function.
Lung Function: Fascial tightness around the chest and diaphragm may restrict lung expansion, leading to reduced respiratory efficiency and difficulty breathing.
Liver Function: Fascia connected to the liver can become restricted, potentially affecting blood flow and lymph drainage in the liver, impacting detoxification and metabolism.
Maintaining healthy fascia through movement, hydration, and therapies like myofascial release can support lymphatic drainage, lung capacity, and liver health.
A sedentary lifestyle can negatively affect the fascia in several ways:
Reduced fascia mobility: Lack of movement can cause fascia, the connective tissue surrounding muscles and organs, to become stiff and less flexible.
Increased adhesions: Prolonged inactivity may lead to the formation of adhesions or sticky areas within the fascia, restricting normal tissue gliding.
Poor hydration: Fascia requires adequate hydration to stay supple; sedentary habits can reduce circulation and fluid exchange, leading to fascia dryness and tightness.
Decreased circulation: Limited physical activity reduces blood flow, which can impair fascia health and its ability to repair.
Increased risk of pain and dysfunction: Stiff or restricted fascia can contribute to discomfort, limited range of motion, and musculoskeletal problems.
Regular movement and stretching are important to maintain healthy, flexible fascia and prevent these negative effects.
The Trauma Pattern Sessions 1-5 are designed to help you identify and understand the specific trauma patterns that may have influenced your life and behaviour. These early sessions focus on recognizing how these patterns have shaped your thoughts, feelings, and actions over time. The primary trauma patterns explored include:
· Fear of Success: This pattern involves an unconscious fear of achieving success or reaching one’s full potential. It may manifest as self-sabotage, procrastination, or avoiding opportunities due to anxiety about the consequences of success, such as increased expectations, responsibility, or change. Understanding this pattern helps you identify limiting beliefs that hold you back from growth.
· Perfectionism: This pattern is characterized by an intense need to be flawless or meet impossibly high standards. It often stems from early experiences where love or acceptance felt conditional on performance. Perfectionism can lead to chronic stress, fear of failure, and difficulty accepting mistakes. Unpacking this pattern allows you to cultivate self-compassion and realistic expectations.
· Shame-Based Trauma: This pattern arises from deep-rooted feelings of shame about oneself, often developed through critical or neglectful environments. Shame can cause feelings of unworthiness, isolation, and the urge to hide one’s true self. Recognizing shame-based trauma is crucial for healing, as it opens the path to self-acceptance and authentic connection.
Throughout these sessions, you will explore how these trauma patterns may have been present throughout your life, influencing your emotional responses, relationships, and decision-making. By identifying these patterns, you can begin to disrupt unconscious behaviours and beliefs, fostering healing and personal empowerment.

What is quantum Connect?
Quantum Connect identifies the type of Trauma Frequency (Trapped emotions) using biofeedback method. Biofeedback is used to identify the quantum particle, the very small frequencies that relate to the trauma.
Our body allows the soul and spirit to express what is happening and nothing that happens in the body is without a cause. All symptoms have a root cause.
Our body communicates what is happening in our soul and spirit, everything that manifests through the body has roots in the soul and body. When the body’s voice is supressed our emotions then become stuck in our body, and we become more vulnerable and we then move into our ego to protect us. This is where our subconscious also builds barriers, barriers formed from all the emotional pain and trauma that is formed to protect but in fact creates further problems in relationships and with our health.
Quantum takes the symptom and works back to the root, looking at the trauma stuck in the body, identifying and releasing.
Sessions include:
Barrier
General body session
Deficiencies
Negative connections
Bloodline

More sessions are available on request, the various sessions cover symptoms affecting the body, mind/soul and spirit.
Did you know that every organ in your body system has its own unique vibrational frequency
A healthy liver has a vibrational frequency of between 55 – 60 MHz, the Heart between 67 – 70 MHz and healthy pancreas a vibrational frequency of between 60 – 80 MHz
When trauma becomes trapped in the body, the healthy vibrational frequency of the organ becomes compromised and weakened and vulnerable to further trauma becoming trapped in the same organ.
(“Hz stands for Hertz, while “MHz” stands for Megahertz which is one million times greater than a Hertz. MHz = 1.000.000 Hz)
